Part 2 - Eat yourself happy

Mood swings and emotional imbalance are widespread in our modern society. In fact, according to recent studies, around 20% of adults in Germany regularly suffer from mood swings.

That's over 13 million people in Germany who have to deal with feelings of irritability, sadness or lack of energy every day.

We often look for the causes in external circumstances: Stress at work, family problems or financial worries. And yes, these factors certainly play a role.

But what if a significant part of the problem - and therefore also the solution - lies within us? To be more precise: in our intestines?

The modern diet, characterized by convenience foods, sugar and processed foods, has an enormous impact on our well-being. Many of us underestimate how much what we eat affects our mood.

Yet more and more scientific studies are showing this: There is a direct link between our gut health and our emotional wellbeing.

The problem is that our diet is often poor in one crucial nutrient: fiber.

These inconspicuous plant fibers play a key role in our intestinal health and therefore also in our mental balance. However, they are often neglected in the typical Western diet.

The good news is: This problem can be solved.

And it's up to you to make a change. Let's discover together how you can do something good not only for your gut but also for your soul with the right diet.
