General Terms and Conditions

1. scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders that you place with our online store BS+ (operated by EBL Media Production OG). By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions - don't worry, they are formulated fairly and clearly! 😊

2. conclusion of contract

When you click on "Buy" or "Order now", you are submitting a binding offer. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with a separate order confirmation by email or send the goods to you.

3. prices and terms of payment

All prices are in euros and include the statutory value added tax. The following payment methods are available:

  • WooPayments (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • PayPal
  • Direct bank transfer (prepayment)

4. delivery and shipping costs

Delivery takes place within up to 7 working days. The shipping costs are as follows:

  • Austria and Germany: Free delivery
  • EU countries: 12,90 € (free of charge from 150 € order value)
  • Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom: 15,90 € (free of charge from 200 € order value)
  • All other countries: € 25.00

(Yes, we also deliver behind the bamboo hedge - as long as a valid address is provided 😉)

5. right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Important note: For hygienic reasons, we are unfortunately unable to take back opened products. The right of withdrawal expires with opened products.

6. warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply. We vouch for the quality of our products - after all, we want you to feel as comfortable with us as our plants behind the bamboo hedge.

7. data protection

The protection of your data is important to us. You can find detailed information in our separate privacy policy.

8. final provisions

Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provisions.
